Returns:

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

  5. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility. If approved, we will process the refund or replacement based on your preference.

Refunds:
